Questions about paying.
What counts as a payment?
Each payment in a client's ledger, once, in the month its file first runs tests. A file that never runs tests counts nothing.
What if a month goes over our plan?
Credits cover the extra payments. We tell your Owner at 80% and 100% of the allowance. A test run that nothing covers is refused before it starts, never half-run.
Busy at year end?
Move up a plan for the busy months and back down after. Moving up takes effect at once; moving down, at the next period.
How do we pay?
By card, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans and the 20,000 credit pack can also be paid by bank transfer. Enterprise agreements are invoiced yearly and paid by bank transfer. Sitampu issues its own invoices and receipts.
We'd use Controls for our own books too.
Turn it on in the same organisation. It has its own plan, and credits are shared. Client work and your own payments never mix.
