What counts as a payment?
Each outgoing payment, once, on any channel, in the month it is first checked. Card purchases are free.
What if a month goes over our plan?
Credits cover the extra payments. We tell your Owner at 80% and 100% of the allowance.
What does the free lookback include?
Your last 12 months, checked once with every check, before you choose a plan. It counts against no allowance.
How do we pay?
By card, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans and the 20,000 credit pack can also be paid by bank transfer. Enterprise agreements are invoiced yearly and paid by bank transfer. Sitampu issues its own invoices and receipts.
Does our auditor pay to read our controls file?
No fees or referral payments pass between a company and its auditor through Sitampu.
